HOW TO MAKE POTATO CROQUETTE

Ingredients :
  • 500 gr Steamed potatoes
  • 4 sdm Margarine
  • 100 cc Water
  • 100 gr Salt
  • 2 egg yolks
  • cooking oil to taste
  • 150 gr mince meat
  • 4 carrot ( on diced )
  • 2 leeks ( finely sliced )
  • 6 shallots ( mashed )
  • 1 sdt pepper
  • 2 egg 
  • 100 gr wheat bread
  • celery ( chopped fine )

How to make :
  1.  Saute the spices that have been in puree, put minced meat, give a little water then drain and enter the carrot stir until smooth
  2. Enter the leek and celery stir until all mixed. dough and let stand a minute in small fire
  3. Boil water and margarine, enter stil until wheat not sticky, put the salt and pepper then stir until dough is slightly chilled
  4. Pour steamed potatoes and egg yolks and stir until smooth
  5. Round shape dough and fill with meat mixture and carrots
  6. Dip the dough that was made into beaten egg then in roll into bread flour
  7. fried with cooking oil, after mature let stand for a while and ready to served
